【摘要】 为满足北京市规划和自然资源委员会对综合地理信息分析决策服务的要求,北京院自2018年末开展了"现状一张图"项目。通过应用三维实景采编、智能分析与决策等技术手段,从现势性、数据采集精度、空间地理要素等角度出发,结合国情监测数据、多分辨率遥感影像数据、地名地址数据,对北京六环范围内的房屋建筑、房屋附属建筑以及房上房等建筑实体进行了采编,建立了建筑实体的专题成果数据库,竭力做到"一张地图窥全貌"。同时,本文也针对项目实施过程中所产生的问题,提出了相应的解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources for comprehensive geographic information analysis and decision-making services,the "One Status Map"project was launched by BISM since the end of 2018.Through the application of 3 D entity editing,intelligent analysis and decision-making technology and the using of national conditions monitoring data,multi-resolution remote sensing image data and geographical name and address data,the project takes the current situation,data acquisition accuracy and geographic elements as starting point to obtain buildings,ancillary buildings and house over the house in the six-ring area of Beijing.In addition,the project establishes a thematic results database of building entities,and strives to make all the features sneak a glimpse into a map.At the same time,this paper also proposes corresponding solutions to the problems arising during the implementation of the project.更多还原
