皮肤科住院医师皮肤病理学教学的探索与思考

【摘要】 皮肤病理学是皮肤科学中的重要亚专科,其在皮肤病的诊断和指导治疗方面具有不可或缺的重要性。要成为一名合格的皮肤科医师,必须具备良好的皮肤病理学知识。皮肤科住院医师规范化培训(简称住倍)是医学毕业生向皮肤科医师过渡的关键阶段,在皮肤科住倍中,皮肤病理学是重要的教学内容之一。目前,因为皮肤病理学系统的教学实践模式尚不十分成熟,造成皮肤科住院医师皮肤病理学的基础知识较薄弱,不能将病理知识和临床实践相结合,严重影响临床诊疗工作。如何强化皮肤科住院医师皮肤病理学的基础知识、提高住院医师在临床实践中对皮肤病理的理解和应用是皮肤科住倍基地迫切需要解决的问题。以皮肤病理学的学科特点为基础,总结近年来笔者单位皮肤病理学带教方面的经验,就皮肤病理学住培进行探讨。

【Abstract】 Dermatopathology is an important sub-specialty of dermatology, which is indispensable to the diagnosis and the treatment of dermatological diseases. A qualified dermatologist needs to have an intimate knowledge of dermatopathology. Standardized training of residents of dermatology is a critical stage in the transition from medical graduates to dermatologists. Dermatopathology is one of the important courses in the standardized residency training of dermatology. However, residents under standardized training of dermatology often lack the basic knowledge of dermatopathology due to the poor teaching approaches and the inability to combine knowledge of dermatopathology with clinical practice, which poses a serious obstacle to clinical diagnosis and treatment. How to improve the efficiency and confidence of residents in the process of studying dermatopathology and advance their understanding and application of dermatopathology in clinical practice is an urgent issue to be solved. Based on the characteristics of dermatopathology, this paper is intended to sum up the experience of dermatopathology teaching for residents under standardized training of dermatology in our hospital in recent years.
