【摘要】 浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院检验医学科专业基地作为浙江省检验医学科专业的质控中心,从浙江省检验医师规范化培训的现状出发,分析了目前住院医师规范化培训面临的问题和挑战。探讨与建立更优化的"临床科室-检验医师-检验科"的临床检验医师培养模式,提出了注重师资的同质化培养、强调住培教学与临床紧密结合、在标准化的基础上实施个体化培养方案,体现分层分级螺旋上升、树立检验医师是临床和检验科沟通的桥梁、鼓励不同基地之间优秀经验的分享等工作思路。检验医师住培教学将培养同质化的检验医学人才,更好地服务于健康中国。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training base of clinical laboratory resident physicians of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine(SRRSH) is the quality control center of Zhejiang provincial clinical laboratory resident physician training. Based on the status quo of standardized training of laboratory physicians in Zhejiang Province, the base of SRRSH analyzed the problems and challenges facing residency training and explored the possibility of establishing a more optimized training mode of clinical laboratory physicians: clinical departments →laboratory physicians →department of clinical laboratory. The base also proposed some novel approaches including the emphasis on homogeneous training of teachers, close combination of teaching and clinical practice as well as individualized training programs based on standardization, which indicated the hierarchical and spiral rise of stratification and led to a clinical laboratory physician system that served as a bridge between clinical departments and the department of clinical laboratory. In addition, the base encouraged the exchange of experience between different laboratory training bases. Qualified homogeneous laboratory medical personnel will be cultivated in the clinical laboratory residency training program, who are expected to contribute more to healthy China.更多还原
