【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情发生以来,医务人员持续为救治患者而不懈努力。作为医务人员的住院医师,一直参与临床工作,期间涌现出一些先进事迹,也暴露出一些问题。本文通过梳理疫情期间住院医师规范化培训基地的管理问题,提出管理目标和实践举措,包括有序开展临床教学管理,常规开展临床轮转;紧跟区域政策,严格疫情管控;规范职业防护培训,提升传染病防治能力;调整教学方式,保证培训效果;加强思政教育,维护心理健康。并针对暴露的相关问题进行反思,提出针对性的解决方案:预先设定管理目标,提升应急处理能力;充分发挥住院医师党支部的先锋模范作用;切实加强医教协同的形式和内涵;完善教学理论体系,弥补培训短板,提升岗位胜任力等,上述方案为今后更好地开展培训基地管理提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the COVID-19 epidemic occurred, medical staffs including residents have been making persistent efforts to treat patients. During this period, some advanced deeds emerged and some problems were exposed. In this article, we described certain management problems of standardized residency training base during the epidemic and proposed some management goals and practical measurements. This goals and measurements specifically included the following 5 aspects: carrying out clinical teaching activities and routine clinical rotations; following up with policies and strengthen epidemic prevention and control strictly; standardizing occupational protection training to improve the ability to prevent and control of infectious diseases; adjusting the teaching methods to ensure training effect; strengthening ideological and political education to maintaining mental health. In addition, by reflecting on the above problems, we proposed some relevant solutions, which includes setting management goals in advance to improve emergency response capabilities; playing an exemplary vanguard role of residents being party members; strengthening the form and connotation of medical-education collaboration; improving the teaching system and supplementing the training shortcomings to enhance residents’ competency. All above plans will provide reference to improve management of standardized residency training base in the future.更多还原
