基于集成理论的产业集群升级路径与机理分析——以晋江制鞋产业集群为例

【摘要】 以晋江制鞋产业集群为例展开产业集群升级路径探索研究,并运用集成理论对各升级阶段的演进机理进行分析。结果发现产业集群的升级存在内部与外部路径,内部升级根据产业集群的演化分为数量扩张、质量升级、品牌与研发升级和行业升级四个升级阶段;外部升级根据产业集群全球价值链与国内价值链双重嵌入的属性,形成外部升级路径:嵌入全球价值链低端—主导国内价值链—嵌入全球价值链高端—嵌入新价值链高端。内部升级路径各阶段的跃升是作为集成主体的产业集群与作为集成客体的外部集成单元之间吸引力的变化所推动的;价值链的升级和转换是价值链所有参与者共同形成的集成场源与作为集成客体的产业集群之间的场强和场力共同作用所推动的。

【Abstract】 This paper takes Jinjiang shoe industry cluster as an example to explore the upgrading path of industrial clusters, and uses the theory of integration force to analyze the evolution mechanism of each upgrade stage. The results show that there are internal and external paths for the upgrading of industrial clusters. Internal upgrades are divided into four stages: quantity expansion, quality upgrade, brand and R&D upgrade and industry upgrade according to the evolution of industrial clusters. According to the industrial clusters embedded in the global value chain and the value of the domestic value chain, the path of external upgrade is: embedding the low end of the global value chain-leading the domestic value chain-embedding the high end of the global value chain-embedding the high-end external upgrade path of the new value chain. The industrial cluster is regarded as the integration subject, and the external integrated unit is regarded as the integration object. The change of attraction between them promotes the jump of each stage of the internal upgrade path. The upgrading and transformation of the value chain is driven by the combination of the field source formed by all participants in the value chain and the field strength and field power of the industrial cluster as an integrated object.
