【摘要】 为验证ProCAST在改性B炸药凝固过程中所得模拟结果的准确性,对改性B炸药凝固模拟进行验证。建立热交换模型,设定改性B炸药实验条件与模拟边界条件,采用ProCAST软件对改性B炸药的凝固过程进行数值模拟,通过模拟其不同时刻的凝固状况,对比不同时刻在凝固界面的2维曲线的拟合情况,验证了ProCAST在模拟改性B炸药凝固的准确性。结果表明,ProCAST程序能够准确模拟出改性B炸药的凝固情况。

【Abstract】 In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results of ProCAST in the solidification process of modified B explosives, the solidification simulation of modified B explosives was verified. A heat exchange model was established, and test conditions and simulation boundary conditions of modified B explosives were set. The solidification process of modified B explosives was numerically simulated by ProCAST software. By simulating the solidification states in different moments, the fitting results of 2 D curves in the solidification interface at different moments were compared, and the accuracy of ProCAST in simulating the solidification process of modified B explosives. The results show that the ProCAST program can accurately simulate the solidification of modified B explosives.
