【摘要】 建国初期,随着海外高级知识分子的回流及东南亚侨生回国求学,我国的归侨知识分子群体逐渐形成。至改革开放初期,回国参加新中国建设的归侨知识分子多达40余万。建国后,中共知识分子政策曾经历一个由正确到错误再到拨乱反正的过程,归侨知识分子的相关政策也经历这样的一个过程。1983年《人民日报》对归侨知识分子江永絮相关遭遇的持续关注,反映了相关政策中归侨知识分子的特殊性,这对新时代新归侨知识分子政策的制订具有重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the early period of the founding of PRC,with the return of overseas senior intellectuals and overseas students from Southeast Asia,a group of returned overseas Chinese Intellectuals gradually formed.By the early stage of reform and opening up,there were more than 400,000 returned overseas Chinese intellectuals who participated in the construction of new China.After the founding of PRC,the intellectual policy of our party went through a process from right to wrong and to bringing order out of chaos,and so did the policies to returned overseas Chinese intellectuals.In 1983,People’s Daily continued to pay attention to the experience of Jiang Yongxu,an intellectual who had returned to China,which reflected the particularity of returned overseas Chinese intellectuals in CPC’s intellectual policy,and provided an important reference for CPC’s policy of new returned overseas Chinese intellectual in the new era.更多还原
