红树莓非花色苷酚的提取与鉴定
Extraction and Identification of Non-anthocyanin Phenol From Red Raspberry
【摘要】 以红树莓的优良品种"秋福"果实为试材,在优化多酚提取工艺的基础上,采用高效液相色谱质谱联用法,定性定量分析树莓果实中非花色苷酚的组成情况,以期为黑龙江省寒地树莓果实中非花色苷酚的应用提供技术指导。结果表明:"秋福"果实中多酚的较优提取条件为70%甲醇溶液,料液比1∶70 g·mL-1,提取温度40℃,提取时间1.5 h,提取次数3次,该条件下多酚总含量可达5.47 mg·g-1;5种非花色苷酚在"秋福"红树莓果实中鉴定出来,其中鞣花酸的含量最高,其次为儿茶素和槲皮素。
【Abstract】 The fruit of the red raspberry variety ‘Autumn Bliss’ was studied.On the basis of optimizing the extraction process of polyphenols,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the composition of non-anthocyanin phenols in raspberry fruit.In order to provide technical guidance for the application of non-anthocyanin phenols in the fruit of red raspberry from Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols in the fruit of ‘Autumn Bliss’ were 70% methanol solution,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶70 g·mL-1,and extracted three times at 40 ℃ for 1.5 hours each time.Under this condition,the total content of polyphenols can reach 5.47 mg·g-1.Five kinds of non-anthocyanin were identified in the fruit of ‘Autumn Bliss’ red raspberry,and the content of ellagic acid was the highest,followed by catechin and quercetin.
