硫酸钠对铜胁迫下生菜幼苗谷胱甘肽及代谢相关酶的影响

【摘要】 以"美国大速生"生菜为试材,采用发芽盒滤纸培养法,研究外源硫酸钠对铜胁迫下生菜幼苗谷胱甘肽及其代谢相关酶的影响。结果表明:1)30μmol·L-1铜胁迫下,生菜幼苗遭受毒害,根长显著降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著下降,谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性上升;2)铜胁迫下,施用硫酸钠能增加幼苗的根长,降低MDA含量,通过增加GSH含量,增强谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性,从而缓解了铜的毒害效应。30μmol·L-1Cu胁迫下,外源添加0.50 mmol·L-1硫酸钠缓解效果好于添加0.25 mmol·L-1

【Abstract】 ‘American Dasusheng’ lettuce was used as material,the effects of exogenous sodium sulphate on the glutathione content and glutathione metabolism-related enzymes in lettuce seedlings under copper stress were studied by filter paper culture method.The results showed that,1)Root length of lettuce seedlings were inhibited under 30 μmol·L-1 copper treatment.Malondialdehyde(MDA) content,reduced glutathione(GSH) content and glutathione reductase(GR) activity were enhanced significantly(P<0.05);2)Compared with 30 μmol·L-1 copper treatment,root length,GSH content,and glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activity increased,while MDA content decreased under the application of sodium sulphate.It was suggested that exogenous sodium sulphate could affect glutathione metabolism-related enzymes in lettuce seedlings under copper stress,and mitigate the damage of copper stress to lettuce seedlings via regulating the GSH content and GPX activity to alleviate oxidative stress.The strongest effect on alleviating copper stress was found in the treatment of 0.50 mmol·L-1 sodium sulfate.
