红肉苹果的研究进展
Research Advances in Red-fleshed Apple
【摘要】 红肉苹果因具有迷人的色泽,且富含花青苷等多种酚类物质,受到了国内外人们的一致青睐,其基因来源主要是新疆野苹果的红肉型变种。近年来,在其特征特性、资源开发、遗传机制、调控网络等方面取得了较大发展。该研究对12个国家的相关研究进行梳理分析,以期为红肉苹果进一步研究和利用提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Red-fleshed apple with attractive color,and rich in anthocyanin and other phenolic substances,had been favored by people all around the world.Most of red-fleshed apple today were direct or indirect derived from Malussieversii Roem.f.niedzwetzkyana(Dieck)Langenf.In recent years,great progresses had been made in its characteristics,resource development,genetic mechanism,regulatory network and other aspects.Relevant studyes from 12 countries were summarized and analyzed in this paper,with a view to provide reference for further research and utilization of red-fleshed apple.
