葡萄枝条制作食用菌压缩颗粒基质料的研究

【摘要】 以葡萄枝为试材,采用生物质固化成型机将葡萄枝屑压缩成颗粒基质料的方法,研究了基质料的加工工艺及物理性状,以期解决食用菌传统栽培原料供应紧缺、价格飙升等现状,为葡萄枝加工成为食用菌栽培基质料成品提供参考依据。结果表明:压缩颗粒的最佳环模孔径为10mm,压缩前基质喷洒清水量是压缩料质量的10%时所压缩的颗粒成型度、颗粒密度、容重、大小孔隙比表现最好;压缩的颗粒泡发时颗粒质量与水分按照1∶1.5~1∶2.0g·mL-1较为适宜,泡发时间8~10h;葡萄枝屑压缩成颗粒后基质料栽培平菇每袋出菇量579.79g,明显高于未压缩的葡萄枝屑基质栽培处理,每袋346.08g,且与传统棉籽壳栽培料(每袋出菇量580.21g),无显著性差异。

【Abstract】 Processing and physical properties of partial materials of grape branch compressed by forming machine was studied,in order to solve the problem of traditional materials deficient and expensive and provide reference for new medium of edible fungi.The results showed that the best ring pore was10 mm,and it was the best proportion on water account for 10% of materials for forming,density,bulk density and ratio of aeration and water porosity to be sprayed before compression.And it was suitable for the ratio 1∶1.5-1∶2.0 g·mL-1 of partial weight and water foaming time 8-10 hours to immerse the particles of grape branch.And mushroom yield of particles pressed with 579.79 g·bag-1 was better than chip of grape branch with 346.08 g·bag-1,and no significant differences with medium of cottonseed hull with 580.21 g·bag-1.
