高粱绿肥对设施黄瓜根际土壤理化性质及真菌群落的影响
Effect of Sorghum Green Manure on the Physicochemical Properties and Fungi Community of Facilities Cucumber Rhizosphere Soil
【摘要】 以设施黄瓜"津春改良2号"为试验材料,通过在黄瓜定植前设施土壤中分别播撒240、120、60kg·hm-2的高粱种子,在黄瓜定植前作为绿肥翻入土壤,研究黄瓜结果期土壤理化性质、酶活性以及真菌群落的变化规律,阐明高粱绿肥对黄瓜根际土壤理化性质和根际菌群结构变化的影响,以期为绿肥在设施生产应用上提供参考依据和实践指导。结果表明:高粱种植密度120kg·hm-2可显著提高结果期黄瓜根际土壤速效磷含量18.44%、速效钾含量45.12%、碱解氮含量7.96%、有机质含量18.36%;高密度高粱绿肥处理可降低根际土壤中粪壳菌目、石蒜科比例,提高毛霉目、肉座菌目、伞菌目、小子囊菌目、阿太菌目、伞形科、毛壳菌科、丛赤壳科、阿太菌科、小囊科和粉锈菌科比例,改变真菌群落结构。绿肥对改良设施土壤条件和优化设施土壤微生物环境具有巨大潜力。
【Abstract】 Facilities cucumber variety ’Jinchun No.2’ was selected as the test material.In the test,treatments were amount of 240 kg·hm-2,120 kg·hm-2,60 kg·hm-2 of sorghum seeds which were respectively planted into the soil of greenhouse before planting cucumber.When the cucumber was planted,the green manure was cut into the soil to study on the change of soil physicochemical properties,enzymatic activity and fungal community.The effect of sorghum green manure on soil physicochemical properties and fungal community in rhizosphere soil were discussed.It provided a theoretical basis and practical guidance for practical applications.The results showed that in120 kg·hm-2 of sorghum planting density,the content was significantly increased in rhizosphere soil during cucumber fruiting stage,available P 18.44%,available K 45.12%,alkaline N 7.96%,organic matter 18.36%.The ratio of Sordariales and Lasiosphaeriaceae was decreased in high sorghum density,the ratio of Mucorales,Hypocreales,Agaricales,Microascales,Atheliales,Umbelopsidaceae,Chaetomiaceae,Nectriaceae,Atheliaceae,Microascaceae and Mortierellaceae was increased.So the fungi community structure was changed.Green manure had huge potential value as well in improving soil conditions and optimizing microbial environment of facilities soil.
