天津市宁河区辣椒炭疽病病原鉴定及防治药剂筛选
Identification of Pepper Anthracnose and Screening of Fungicides Against It in Ninghe of Tianjin
【摘要】 以从天津市宁河区采集的辣椒炭疽病病样为试材,通过形态学与对病菌核糖体DNA的ITS区分析相结合的方法对引起该病的病原进行鉴定,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了12种杀菌剂对病原菌的室内抑菌效果。结果表明:天津市宁河区辣椒主产区的辣椒炭疽病病原为尖孢炭疽菌和平头炭疽菌,二者的分离比率为0.711∶0.289。室内药剂筛选结果表明,咪鲜胺、咯菌腈、多菌灵和吡唑醚菌酯对尖孢炭疽菌菌丝抑制效果较好,其EC50值分别为0.022 8、0.123 2、0.361 2、0.716 8μg·mL-1;咪鲜胺、咯菌腈和多菌灵对平头炭疽菌菌丝抑制效果较好,其EC50值分别为0.066 7、0.193 7、0.240 0μg·mL-1。咪鲜胺、咯菌腈、多菌灵和吡唑醚菌酯可以作为防治辣椒炭疽病的候选药剂。
【Abstract】 Pepper infected by Colletotrichum spp.in Ninghe,Tianjin was taken as experimental material,the pathogen by a combination of morphology and ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer regin(ITS)was identified,and twelve kinds of fungicides against the disease by plate method in the laboratary were screened.The results showed that the pathogen which infected pepper in Ninghe district was C.acutatumand C.truncatum,which segregation ratio was 0.711∶0.289,respectively.The results of fungicides screening in laboratory indicate,prochloraz,fludioxonil,carbendazim and pyradostrobin had better inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium of C.acutatum,which EC50 values were 0.022 8,0.123 2,0.361 2,0.716 8μg·mL-1,respectively.Prochloraz,fludioxonil and carbendazim had better inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium of C.truncatum,which EC50 values were 0.066 7,0.193 7,0.240 0μg· mL-1,respectively.Therefore,prochloraz,fludioxonil,carbendazim and pyraclostrobin could be used as chemicals to control the disease.
