基于静电纺丝的聚乳酸纳米纤维应用研究进展

【摘要】 聚乳酸是一种合成型生物基聚合物,具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性。静电纺丝技术(电纺)是一种高效、便捷制备聚乳酸纳米纤维的方法。聚乳酸纳米纤维不仅能够保持聚乳酸自身的优异性能,而且可结合纳米纤维材料比表面积高、孔隙率大等结构特点,在很多高附加值领域具有广阔的应用前景。归纳总结聚乳酸纳米纤维的结构性能特点,并重点对其在组织工程、药物控释、伤口敷料、油水分离等领域的应用进行总结概述。

【Abstract】 Polylactic acid is a synthetic biopolymer with good biocompatibility and biodegradability.Electrospinning is an efficient and convenient method to produce polylactic acid nanofibers.Polylactic acid nanofibers can not only maintain the superior properties of polylactic acid,but also exhibit the unique properties of nanostructures such as high specific surface area and high porosity,which endow electrospun polylactic acid nanofibers with broad applications in many fields.In this paper,the structural properties of polylactic acid nanofibers were summarized and their applications in tissue engineering,drug controlled release,wound dressing,oil-water separation and other fields were reviewed.
