【摘要】 本文在前期轻集料及轻混凝土研究、外挂墙板建筑及结构设计研究的基础上,进行了外挂墙板工厂中试研究。外挂墙板是一种结构复杂的装配式建筑部品,中试着重探究了外挂墙板的生产工艺,并对生产的外挂墙板产品进行了相应检测,各项性能指标总体得到了较为理想的试验结果。本文对装配式轻质保温外挂墙板的工厂生产具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basis of the preliminary research on light aggregate and light concrete,the research on the construction and structural design of the external wall panel,the pilot test of the external wall panel factory was carried out.The external wall panel is a prefabricated building component with a complex structure.The pilot test focused on the production process of the external wall panel,and the corresponding detection of the external wall panel product produced.The performance indicators have been relatively ideally tested overall result.This paper has certain guiding significance for the factory production of assembled light-weight heat-insulated external wall panels.更多还原
