建筑垃圾烧结多孔(空心)砖的研制与中试生产
Development and Pilot Production of Sintered Porous(Hollow)Bricks Made of Construction Waste
【摘要】 本文主要是综合利用烧结类建筑垃圾,研制烧结多孔砖与空心砖;以烧结类建筑垃圾为瘠性料,掺量≥30%,再和≤70%掺量的煤矸石(黒矸)塑性材料混合形成墙材砖配方料;以大断面隧道窑工艺,利用煤矸石的塑性、内燃焙烧建筑垃圾烧结多孔砖与空心砖,经检验达到国家标准。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly focuses on the comprehensive utilization of sintered construction waste,sintered porous brick and hollow brick were prepared;it is sintered construction waste as fine materials,dosage ≥30%,And again 70% of the amount of coal gangue(black bottles)plastic material mixed form brick wall materials formula;large section tunnel kiln technology,using the plasticity of coal gangue,internally fired construction waste sintered porous brick and hollow brick,it meets the national standard after inspection.
