深圳市城市化过程物质存量变化及驱动力研究
Analysis on In-sue Stock and Driving Forces in Urbanization of Shenzhen City
【摘要】 以基础设施为主要形态的城市物质存量(In-use stock)成为社会经济代谢研究的热点。文章以深圳市为研究对象,采用自下而上的物质流分析方法,核算了2000年-2017年深圳市快速城市化过程中物质存量的规模及结构变化。研究发现,深圳市人均物质存量为29吨,处于国内领先水平,但其存量结构依然以住宅建筑为主,而提供其他城市服务功能的存量依然不足。采用IPAT方程开展了存量驱动力分析,研究发现,经济和人口是驱动深圳市物质存量增长的关键因素,经济因素是主要动力,与物质存量强度之间有较强的耦合关系,预测在未来一段时间,这种趋势依然存在。
【Abstract】 Urban in-use stocks mainly in the form of infrastructure have become the hot spot of social-economic metabolism. By taking Shenzhen as the research object, this study analyses the scale and structure changes of in-use stocks during the period of rapid urbanization in Shenzhen from 2000 to 2017 by means of material flow analysis(MFA) in a bottom-up way. The results show that the per capita in-use stocks is 29 tons in Shenzhen are in the leading position in China, the stock structure of it is still dominated by residential buildings, while the stocks providing other urban services and functions remain to be insufficient. Using the IPAT equation, this article further analyses the driving forces of in-use stocks, and finds that economy and population are the key factors driving the growth of Shenzhen’s material stocks, and economic development is the dominant force to stock growth while economic development has a strong coupling relationship with the intensity of in-use stock, which is predicted to remain in a period of time in the future.
