【摘要】 城市水环境质量是人居环境的重要内容,事关城市品质和城市发展大局,事关人民群众的切身利益。加大大黑河水环境综合治理力度,力促治理工作提质增效,在现阶段具有现实而紧迫的意义。文章采用综合污染指数对大黑河水环境质量进行类别评判和现状评价,从河流水质、污水处理能力和处理设施、农村环境污染、综合监管方面针对水环境治理存在的问题进行了原因分析,提出进一步改善大黑河水环境质量的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of urban water environment is an important part of living environment. It is related to the quality of the city, the overall situation of urban development and the vital interests of the people. It is of practical and urgent significance to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of Dahei River environment and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency. This paper uses the comprehensive pollution index to evaluate the water environment quality of the Dahei River. It analyzes the causes for the existing problems in water environment governance from the aspects of river water quality, sewage treatment capacity and treatment facilities, rural environmental pollution and comprehensive supervision, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the water environment quality in Dahei river.更多还原
