京津冀海水淡化协同创新现状及发展研究

【摘要】 海水淡化是解决中国沿海水资源短缺问题的重要途径,是海洋战略性新兴产业。京津冀水资源短缺严重,对海水淡化需求迫切。目前京津冀地区海水淡化科技创新资源较为丰富,但存在创新要素空间分布不均、协作程度较低以及缺乏协同创新载体等问题。为进一步推动京津冀海水淡化协同创新,提出对策建议如下:一是成立京津冀海水淡化创新发展联盟,二是打造海水淡化技术产业协同链条,三是突破海水淡化协同创新体制机制,四是加快海水淡化创新人才集聚和培养。

【Abstract】 Seawater desalination is an important way to solve the shortage of water resources in the coastal of China. There is a shortage of water resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The technological innovation resources of seawater desalination in the region are relatively rich, but there are some problems such as uneven distribution of innovation factors, low degree of cooperation and lack of collaborative innovation carriers. In order to further promote the collaborative innovation of seawater desalination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the suggestions are put forward as follows: establishing regional seawater desalination innovation and development alliance, building a collaborative chain of seawater desalination technology industry, breaking through the collaborative innovation mechanism of seawater desalination, accelerating the gathering and training of innovative talents in seawater desalination.
