【摘要】 面向北京科技创新中心建设对创新人才的特殊需求,基于习近平新时代创新人才思想,本文从北京"四个中心"城市整体定位和北京特殊环境的角度,分析了适应北京科技创新中心建设需求的创新人才应具有的首都特质,阐述了首都特质表现于政治素质、文化素质、沟通能力和创新能力的内涵。给出了北京高校立足北京、服务北京,培养适应北京"四个中心"定位整体要求,服务北京科技创新中心建设的具有首都特质的科技创新人才的策略,是对北京高校坚定才培养目标、改革人才培养模式的有益探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of Beijing as a science and technology innovation center creates requirement for innovative talents. Taking into consideration of Beijing’s overall position as "four centers" and its special environment, this paper, based on Xi Jinping’s thought about the new era’s innovative talents, analyzes the innovators needed of capital-qualities from four aspects: political quality, cultural quality, communicative quality and innovative quality. This paper also proposes strategies on how to cultivate innovative talents with capital-qualities to enable universities in Beijing to base themselves on Beijing, serve Beijing better, and meet the overall requirements of Beijing’s position as "four centers". It is a beneficial exploration for universities in Beijing to stick on their talent training objectives and reform their talent training models.更多还原
