不同柞蚕品种热激处理后F1代幼虫的ApNPV抗性研究

【摘要】 对柞蚕进行耐热性特征与ApNPV抗性研究,可为柞蚕的繁殖驯养、引种推广和抗逆性品种的选育提供依据。本文在前期的柞蚕幼虫耐热性研究基础上,调查了热激处理后耐热性良好的4个柞蚕品种方山黄、抗大、5204及F的F1代稚蚕的抗ApNPV能力,发现在高温胁迫后,2种热激蛋白基因表达量较高的柞蚕品种方山黄和5204,其稚蚕同样表现出优异的抗ApNPV能力,表明柞蚕品种热激蛋白的表达量可能与ApNPV抗性具有相关性。

【Abstract】 Research on heat tolerance and ApNPV resistance of tussah silkworm will provide a basis for breeding and rearing, introduction and popularization, breeding of resistant varieties of tussah. On the basis of previous studies on the heat resistance of tussah larvae, the ApNPV resistance of F1 young larvae after heat stress in 4 varieties of tussah silkworm, Fangshanhuang, Kangda, 5204 and F, with good heat resistance was investigated. It was found that after heat stress, the young silkworm of Fangshan Huang and 5204 with high expression of two heat stress protein genes showed excellent resistance to ApNPV. The results showed that the expression of heat stress protein of tussah varieties might be correlated with ApNPV resistance.
