【摘要】 研究确定柞蚕雌蛾女性功能食品的安全性,对雌性大鼠进行柞蚕雌蛾女性功能食品的30天喂养毒理试验,分析其血液学和血液生化学指标,观察其可能出现的毒性反应的可逆程度、作用靶器官和恢复情况。结果表明:通过观察各组织器官的病理形态学、分析各血液学指标和血液生化指标,给药组大鼠的组织器官形态结构及各项指标与正常对照组无差别,未检出明显的有规律的病理性改变。因此,该功能食品对大鼠的各脏器没有明显毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study determined the safety of functional female health care product from tussah female moths. A 30-day toxicology test was conducted on female rats by feeding them female health care product from tussah female moths. The hematology and blood biochemical indicators were analyzed to observe the possible reversibility degree of toxic reactions, target organs and recovery status. The results showed that by observing the pathological morphology of various tissues and organs, analyzing various hematological and blood biochemical indexes, the morphological structure and various indexes of the tissues and organs of the rats in the experimental group were not different from those of the normal control group, and no obvious regular pathological changes were found. Therefore, the functional food has no obvious toxic effect on various organs of rats.更多还原
