黄瓜籽粉止咳成分提取工艺及生物活性探究
Study on Extraction Technology and Biological Activity of Cough Relieving Ingredient of Cucumber Seed Powder
【摘要】 为检测黄瓜籽粉中的有效成分β-谷甾醇,文章采用均匀设计法优化黄瓜籽粉β-谷甾醇的提取工艺,滤纸片法探究黄瓜籽粉中β-谷甾醇提取物对肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和流感嗜血杆菌的体外抑菌作用,通过体外抗氧化实验探讨黄瓜籽粉中β-谷甾醇的抗氧化作用.研究结果表明:四因素五水平均匀设计下料液比1:6、碱浓度10%、皂化温度70℃、皂化时间30 min为最优组合;不同浓度的黄瓜籽粉β-谷甾醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎双球菌的抑制效果差异显著;黄瓜籽粉中的β-谷甾醇具有一定的抗氧化活性,并且清除能力与β-谷甾醇浓度成正比.
【Abstract】 To detect the active components β-sitosterols of cucumber seed powder,the extraction process of cucumber seed powder β-sitosterol was optimized by uniform design method,and the in vitro bacteriostatic effect of glutsterol extract from cucumber seed powder on pneumococcus,Staphylococcus aureus and Haemophilus influenzae was investigated by filter paper method. The antioxidant effect of β-sitosterols in cucumber seed powder was studied by in vitro antioxidant test. The results showed that the optimal combination was the ratio of feed stock to liquid of 1: 6,alkali concentration of 10%,saponification temperature of 70 ℃ and saponification time of 40 min. Different concentrations of cucumber seed powder β-glutsterol extract on Staphylococcus aureus,Haemophilus influenzae,pneumococcal inhibition effect is significantly different. The β-sitosterols in cucumber seed powder have certain antioxidant activity,and the scavenging ability is proportional to the concentration of β-sitosterol.
