基于超高压的宣木瓜粗多糖超声波辅助提取及吸湿保湿研究

【摘要】 以粗多糖得率为考察指标,宣木瓜经超高压处理后,用超声波辅助提取粗多糖。在单因素基础上,通过响应面曲线法对提取工艺条件进行优化。结果显示,最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率570 W,提取温度42℃,提取时间95 min,此条件下宣木瓜粗多糖提取率为6.80%。吸湿保湿研究表明,在相对湿度RH为43%、81%环境中,宣木瓜粗多糖的吸湿率明显低于丙三醇,但高于海藻酸钠;在干硅胶环境中,宣木瓜粗多糖的保湿率要高于丙三醇和海藻酸钠。

【Abstract】 Taking the yield of crude polysaccharide as the index,the crude polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction of Chaenomeles Speciosa after ultra-high pressure treatment.On the basis of single factor, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface curve method.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows,ultrasonic power 570 W,extraction temperature 42 ℃,extraction time 95 min.Under this condition,the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Chaenomeles Speciosa was 6.80%.The results of hygroscopicity and moisturizing showed that the hygroscopicity of crude polysaccharide of Chaenomeles Speciosa was significantly lower than that of glycerol,but higher than that of sodium alginate in 81% of the environment with RH of 43%.In dry silica gel environment,the moisture retention rate of crude polysaccharide of Chaenomeles Speciosa was higher than that of glycerol and sodium alginate.
