【摘要】 目的探讨姑息疗法对晚期结肠癌老年患者治疗期间心理状态、睡眠状态和癌因性疲乏程度的影响。方法选取162例晚期结肠癌老年患者,所有患者均进行了姑息治疗,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)比较治疗前后患者的心理状态、睡眠质量和癌因性疲乏程度。结果治疗后162例结肠癌患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为(47.34±3.96)、(50.02±4.07)分,均低于治疗前的(62.04±6.03)、(65.13±6.98),差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗前,162例结肠癌患者的PSQI、PFS-R各维度评分均处于同一基线水平;治疗后,患者的PSQI、PFS-R各维度评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论姑息疗法可改善晚期结肠癌老年患者治疗期间的心理、睡眠状态,减轻患者的癌因性疲乏程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of palliative care on the psychological state, sleep quality, and cancer-related fatigue among elderly patients with advanced colon cancer during the treatment. Method A total of 162 elderly patients with advanced colon cancer were included in the analysis, and all patients were administered with palliative care.The psychological state, sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue of all patients before and after treatment were assessed using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and the revised Piper fatigue scale(PFS-R), respectively. Result In the 162 cases with colon cancer, the scores of SAS and SDS were(47.34±3.96) and(50.02±4.07) after treatment versus(62.04±6.03) and(65.13±6.98) before treatment, with statistically significant differences observed(P<0.05). Similar PSQI and PFS-R scores were observed for the 162 cases before treatment, and both were decreased after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Palliative care improves the psychological state and sleep quality, and reduces the cancer-related fatigue of elderly patients with advanced colon cancer during treatment.更多还原
