基于层次颜色Petri网的仓储作业系统建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Warehouse Operation System Based on Hierarchical Colored Petri Net
【摘要】 在HCPN(Hierarchical Colored Petri Net)理论研究与应用分析工作基础上,结合某供应链企业的仓储作业系统,采用出库优先的调度策略,分层构建该系统的全局HCPN模型。利用CPN(Colored Petri Net)Tools对系统模型各子CPN系统进行图形化描述、协同运行仿真和分析,运用状态空间工具分析了系统模型的有界性、家性、活性和公平性等性质,验证了系统HCPN模型的正确性、可靠性和健壮性。HCPN在仓储作业系统建模仿真中的应用,为大规模复杂系统建模提供了一种新思路、新方法,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the reviews of HCPN(Hierarchical Colored Petri Net) theory and its applications, the scheduling strategy of delivery priority is adopted to construct an overall HCPN model for a warehouse operation system of a supply chain enterprise. The CPN(Colored Petri Net) Tools are applied to conduct graphical descriptions, collaborative simulation and analysis on the sub-CPN systems. The state space is used to analyze the properties of the HCPN Model, such as boundedness,home, liveness and fairness so as to prove the correctness, reliability and robustness of the HCPN Model. The HCPN application to the intelligent warehouse operation system provides a different perspective and a new method for modeling large-scale complex systems, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
