鳜鱼池塘循环水养殖系统水质理化因子研究

【摘要】 目的:研究鳜鱼循环水生态养殖对养殖水体水质的影响。方法:2018年9月至2019年11月,对鳜鱼循环水生态养殖系统的水质进行实地取样调查,检测其pH值、电导率、氯化物、亚硫酸盐、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氨氮、溶解氧等水质理化因子。结果:鳜鱼养殖池水体pH值变动范围在6.96~7.42,电导率范围在338.5~379.4μs/cm,亚硝酸盐范围在0.103~0.435 mg/L,氯化物范围在110.7~161.3 mg/L,亚硫酸盐范围在1.04~2.16 mg/L,硝酸盐范围在6.8~18.6,氨氮含量范围在0.001 3~0.002 9 mg/L,溶解氧范围在6.38~9.59 mg/L。净化池的水体pH值变动范围在6.91~7.48,电导率范围在334.6~362.2μs/cm,亚硝酸盐范围在0.107~0.323 mg/L,氯化物范围在112.8~155.4 mg/L,亚硫酸盐范围在0.92~1.95 mg/L,硝酸盐范围在5.8~16.1mg/L,氨氮含量范围在0.001 1~0.002 1 mg/L,溶解氧范围在5.27~6.85 mg/L。结论:pH值、电导率、氨氮、溶解氧等水质理化指标均符合国家渔业水质标准。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate physical and chemical factors of rearing water of pond recirculating aquaculture systems for Siniperca chuatsi. Methods: The fourteen water sampling points of pond recirculating aquaculture systems for Siniperca chuatsi were taken a field survey with the samples of the surface from September 2018 to May 2019. The eight major water quality analysis of physical and chemical factors were measured and analyzed based on pH, electrical conductivity, chloride, sulfite, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium nitrogen and dissolved oxygen. Results: The range of pH, electrical conductivity, nitrite, chloride, sulfite, nitrate, ammonium nitrogen and dissolved oxygen were 6.96-7.42, 338.5-379.4 μs/cm, 0.103-0.435 mg/L, 110.7-161.3 mg/L, 1.04-2.16 mg/L, 6.8-18.6 mg/L, 0.001 3-0.002 9 mg/L, 6.38-9.59 mg/L, respectively, in mandarin fish culture ponds. While the range of pH, electrical conductivity, nitrite, chloride, sulfite, nitrate, ammonium nitrogen and dissolved oxygen were 6.91-7.48, 334.6-362.2 μs/cm, 0.107-0.323 mg/L, 112.8-155.4 mg/L, 0.92-1.95 mg/L, 5.8-16.1 mg/L, 0.001 1-0.002 1 mg/L, 5.27-6.85 mg/L in the purification ponds. Conclusion: The water quality physical and chemical indicators of pH, conductivity, ammonia nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, and so on were in line with the national fishery water quality standards.
