冰水应激对犬精神、行为及血清部分营养物质含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究急性短期冰水环境刺激下犬精神、行为及血清营养物质适应性变化规律。方法:选取健康中华田园犬8条,试验开始后将犬置于冰水中0.5 h。分别在冰水处理前(-0.5 h)、处理后及恢复0.5、1、3、7 h时记录犬精神、行为变化,并经颈静脉采血2 mL,测定血清中糖、蛋白质、脂肪等营养物质的含量。结果:与冰水处理前相比,冰水处理结束时犬精神沉郁,对外界反应降低、自主站立困难,血清葡萄糖、乳酸、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、总蛋白、总氨基酸、钙含量显著升高(P<0.05);恢复0.5 h时血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),而血清无机磷含量显著减少(P<0.05)。冰水环境刺激后恢复1、3、7 h时,犬血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总蛋白的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:急性短期冰水环境能显著改变犬精神、行为状态和血清营养代谢物质的含量,引起机体营养物质代谢紊乱,临床上应及时加强冰水刺激后机体恢复期的营养干预措施,以缓解冰水环境的危害。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the changes of dog’s mental activity, physiological signs and serum nutrients and metabolites in acute short-term ice water immersion environment. Methods: Eight healthy Chinese garden dogs were placed in ice water for 0.5 h and all the dogs’ mental behavior were recorded at the starting and ending points of ice water treatment, and recovery time periods of 0.5, 1, 3, 7 h. Meanwhile, about 2 mL of blood was taken from the jugular vein. The contents of glucose, total protein, lipids were determined in the separated serum. Results: Compared with the starting point of the experiment, these dogs were in depression, had reduced response to the outside world and could not stand up at the ending point of ice water immersion. Meanwhile, serum contents of glucose, lactic acid, triglyceride, nonestesterified fatty acid, total protein, total amino acid and calcium were significantly increased(P<0.05); the serum glucose, triglyceride, and nonestesterified fatty acid significantly increased(P<0.05), while serum inorganic phosphate content significantly decreased(P<0.05) after 0.5 h recovery time. At the time periods of 1, 3,7 hours after ice bath, serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and total protein levels in dogs were significantly decreased(P<0.05).
