【摘要】 目的探讨Nice结联合锁定接骨板治疗成人锁骨干粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年4月24例阜阳市第二人民医院骨科采用Nice结联合锁定接骨板治疗的24例成人锁骨干粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料,观察手术时间、出血量及并发症,采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、Neer肩关节功能评分评价肩关节功能及临床疗效。结果 24例患者随访6～16个月,平均(10.29±2.34)个月,随访期间,无一例患者出现蝶形骨折块移位,无骨折不愈合、骨折畸形愈合。并发症发生率为4.17%。末次随访时,Constant-Murley评分75～100分,平均(88.56±13.21)分。Neer评分优17例,良5例,中2例,差0例,优良率为91.67%。结论 Nice结联合锁定接骨板治疗成人锁骨干粉碎性骨折可达到良好的解剖学复位,固定强度满意,并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using Nice knot combined with locking plate in the treatment of comminuted clavicle shaft fractures. Methods From January 2017 to April 2019, the clinicaldata of 24 cases of comminuted clavicle shaft fractures in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery of Fuyang No.2 People’s Hospital treated with Nice knot combined with locking plate were analyzed. The operation time, bleeding volume and complications were observed. Shoulder function was evaluated based on Constant-Murley Score, and the therapeutic evaluation was judged according to Neer Score. Results Twenty-four patients were followed up for 6 to 16 months with an average of(10.29±2.34) months. During the follow-up, no butterfly fracture block displacement occurred, no nonunion or malunion occurred, and the complication rate was 4.17%. In the last follow-up, the Constant-Murley score ranged from 75 to 100 points with an average of(88.56±13.21) points. As forNeer Score,there were 17 cases of excellence, 5 cases of good and 2 cases of mode rate among the patients, and the good and excellent rate was 91.67%. Conclusions Nice knot combined with locking plate can achieve good anatomical reduction, stable internal fixation,and less complication.更多还原
