【摘要】 目的:探讨PFNA内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效,分析围术期失血量。方法:选取某医院收治的60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,按照手术方式分为观察组和对照组,记录两组患者临床资料。结果:观察组患者围手术期失血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后髋关节功能优良率明显高于对照组,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效显著,有利于患者恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,and to analyze the blood loss during the perioperative period.Methods:60 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in a hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the operation mode,and the clinical data of the two groups were recorded.Results:The perioperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of hip joint function after operation which was significantly higher than of the control group,and the postoperative complications of were significantly lower than of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.更多还原
