【摘要】 目的:探究微信随访联合知识-信念-行为(KAP)模式对自然分娩初产妇产后角色转换及母乳喂养技能掌握度的影响。方法:选取某医学院附属医院96例产妇,分为对照组和观察组。前者采用常规护理,后者利用微信随访联合KAP模式。根据不同指标来评判两者的差异,具体的评判指标如后文所描述指标。结果:根据所得到的指标进一步分析可以知道,观察组的产妇角色转换优良率要明显的高于对照组,而在母乳喂养技能掌握度、护理满意度也是观察组较高;在SCL-90、PSQI方面观察组较低。结论:相较于传统的护理方式,这种微信联合KAP的护理模式应用于自然分娩初产妇,能够有效提高母乳喂养技能掌握度,可以明显让产妇角色发生转换,提升产妇的生活质量,让产妇在生产之后能够更为快速的康复,赢得产妇及其家属的满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of WeChat follow-up combined knowledge-belief-behavior (KAP) model on postpartum role transition and mastery of breastfeeding skills in natural delivery primipara.Methods:Ninety-six cases of natural delivery primiparas were selected.The random number table method was divided into control group (48 cases) and observation group (48 cases).The control group received routine care,and the observation group used WeChat follow-up combined with KAP mode.The relationship between the two groups of roles,breastfeeding skills mastery,nursing satisfaction and pre-intervention symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90),PSQI scale score.Results:The excellent rate of role conversion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The mastery of breastfeeding skills and the satisfaction degree of nursing were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90 and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat follow-up combined with KAP mode is applied to natural delivery primipara,which can improve the mastery of breastfeeding skills,promote postpartum role conversion,improve sleep,quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
