【摘要】 裁判员是赛场上的"法官",其执裁能力直接影响到运动员技、战术水平的临场发挥。本文主要运用文献资料法、专家评议法,对2018年安徽省运会竞技跆拳道比赛录像进行再评议,结合问卷调查及结构式访谈对影响安徽省竞技跆拳道裁判员执裁能力的因素进行分析与研究。结果表明:1)安徽省裁判员队伍及执裁能力较好;2)影响安徽省裁判员执裁能力的主要因素有学历、执裁次数、规则理解及判罚手势的熟悉程度、职业、身体素质以及心理等;3)应采取增加裁判员执裁场次、加强裁判员的培训以及裁判员的梯队建设等策略,以提升安徽省竞技跆拳道裁判员执裁能力及跆拳道竞技水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 A referee is a "judge" on the field,whoseexecutive capability directly affects the performance of athletes’ technical and tactical level on the spot.This paper mainly applies the method of literature review and expert evaluation,carries on review on the video of Taekwondo competition in Anhui Provincial Games in 2018 and analyzes and studies the factors influencing the judging ability of Anhui competitive Taekwondo referees by means of the questionnaire and structural interview.The results show that:(1) The team of referees and their judging ability in Anhui Province are basically good;(2) The main factors that affect the referee’s judging ability in Anhui Province are as follows:education background,times of executive adjudication and understanding of the rules and the familiarity of the gesture,occupation,physical fitness and psychology;(3)It puts forward the strategies such as increasing executive times of referees,strengthening the training of referees and the echelon construction of referees in order to improve the judging ability and competitive level of Taekwondo referees in Anhui Province.更多还原
