提高研究生创新能力的探索与研究

【摘要】 创新能力是研究生应具备的主要素质,是一个国家科学技术和生产力兴旺发达的不竭动力。目前研究生教育已成为培养和造就创新型人才的主要途径和环节,也是提高研究生培养质量和素质的重要标志。研究生创新意识和创新能力的培养已成为国家一项重大而必要的课题。从课堂教学的创新能力培养方法、健全双导师制、建立产学研相结合的协作实践模式、科研活动中的研究生创新能力的培养、研究生创新能力培养的运行和激励机制的完善、国际合作培养模式等方面,探讨和介绍研究生创新能力培养的新思路和新方法,为研究生创新能力的培养机制的改革提供参考。

【Abstract】 Innovation ability is the soul of a nation’s progress and the main quality of talents,and the inexhaustible power of country’s science and technology and production prosperity.Graduate education has become the main way and department to train and cultivale innovative talents.The cultivation of post graduates’ innovation alility is the core content of gradulte education,and it is also an important sign to improve the quality of postgraduate training and graduate education.In the current situation,the cultivation of post graduates’ innovation awareness and innovation ability has become an important and necessary topic in our country.This paper discusses and introduces the new ideas and methods of the innovation ablilty of postgraduates from cultivation methods of the innovation ability of classroom teaching,the improvement of the double tutor system,the establishment of the cooperative practice mode of the combination of production,teaching and research,the innovation ability of postgraduates in scientific research activities,the improvement of the operation and incentive mechanism of the cultivation of the innovation ability of postgraduates,and the international cooperation trainging cultivaion mode.These analyses and research provide reference for the reform of the trainging mechanism of postgraduates’ innovation ability.
