高赖氨酸玉米F2∶3群体穗部性状与产量的相关及通径分析
Correlation and Path Analysis of Ear Characters in F2∶3 Population Derived from High-lysine Content Maize Hybrid Quanyu No.9
【摘要】 荃玉9号(F1)是由玉米自交系Y3052和18-599杂交获得,并通过国家审定的高赖氨酸、强优势玉米杂交种。构建了高赖氨酸玉米杂交种荃玉9号F2∶3群体,共240个家系,并对该群体的穗长、穗行数、行粒数、秃尖长、穗粗、轴粗、粒深、百粒重和单株产量共9个穗部性状的变异系数及相关性进行分析。结果表明,除百粒重外其余穗部性状家系间均存在极显著差异;秃尖长变异系数最大,其次是单株产量。单株产量与穗行数、行粒数、穗长、穗粗、粒深呈极显著正相关,对单株产量影响最大的前3位穗部性状为行粒数、粒深和穗粗。
【Abstract】 State approved hybrid maize Quanyu No. 9(F1) was a high-lysine content and strong superiority cross, which derived from maize inbred lines Y3052 × 18-599. A maize F2∶3 population with 240 families were obtained from the hybrid of Quanyu No.9 in this study. The coefficient of variation and their correlation of nine ear characters, including ear length, ear row number, row number, barren tip length, ear diameter, axis diameter, kernel depth, 100-grain weight and yield weight per plant, were analyzed in this population. The results showed that except for the 100-grain weight, the other all ear characters were significant differences among families;the coefficient of variation of rare ear length was the largest, followed by the yield per plant. The yield per plant was significantly positively correlated with ear row number, kernel number of per row, ear length, ear diameter and kernel depth. The top three ear traits with the greatest impact on yield per plant were kernel number of per row, kernel depth and ear diameter.
