【摘要】 推进乡村振兴战略与加强农村基层党组织建设是新时代背景下提出的两个重要任务,二者之间存在着相互促进的关系。乡村振兴关键在党,但是农村基层党组织在面对新情况和新挑战的时候还存在着一些不足:农村"两委"职责不明确;农村基层组织治理体系不健全;基层党内民主建设相对滞后;农村基层党员的整体素质不高等,需要进一步在思想、队伍和制度方面加强建设,创新工作方式,以及大力发展农村集体经济,促进乡村振兴和农村基层党组织建设共同前进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations are two important tasks put forward under the background of the new era. The key to rural revitalization lies in the party, but there are still some shortcomings in rural grassroots party organizations in the face of the new situation and new challenges.
