【Abstract】 The core problem to be solved by the public administration philosophy is to adopt effective management or good governance measures to stimulate the conscience and goodwill of manager, and to promote the managed to make for the self-management. Its highest state is to realize the scientific dissolution of subjectivity, dissolving the "self" in the greater "self" so as to achieve the state of "selflessness". There are three paths to realize the subjectivity dissolution: for the ontology aspect, the starting point is to make the subjective clarification of the "self"; for the epistemology aspect, the key measure is to have the thinking of "examining ugliness" and break the reverse solidification of the "self"; for the axiology aspect, the fundamental requirement is to find the "people-centered" materialistic belief and melt the "self" into the power of truth and personality of the greater "self".更多还原
