微藻的筛选及分类方法

【摘要】 石化能源枯竭和生态环境的恶化迫使人们必须高度重视能源的清洁和可持续性,而微藻具有生长快、易培养、种类繁多、功能各异等优点为国内外学者所青睐,也是生产清洁可持续生物质的最佳选择。微藻的筛选、分类、鉴定是研究其生理生化特征的基础,因此保障筛选、鉴定和分类的准确至关重要。随着科技的发展,人们对于微藻分类鉴定方法的探索仍未终止。该文阐述了近年来用于筛选纯化微藻的方法及其优劣,分析并展望了微藻分类和鉴定的发展方向,旨在为微藻的相关研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the depletion of petrochemical energy and the deterioration of the ecological environment have forced people to attach great importance to the cleanliness and sustainability of energy. However,microalgae have the advantages of fast growth,easy cultivation,various types and different functions,which are favored by scholars at home and abroad,it is also the best choice to produce clean and sustainable biomass. The screening,classification and identification of microalgae are the basis for studying their physiological and biochemical characteristics,so it is essential to ensure the accuracy of screening,identification and classification. With the development of science and technology,the exploration of microalgae classification and identification methods has not stopped,in this paper,the methods for screening and purifying microalgae and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed. The research progress of microalgae classification and identification is analyzed and the reference for microalgae research is provided.
