四倍体泡桐优良种质资源引种栽培试验

【摘要】 为促进本地区泡桐产业的健康可持续发展,笔者在菏泽市开展四倍体泡桐引种栽培试验。结果表明,在黄泛冲积平原区,引种的四倍体兰考泡桐胸径、树高、材积年生长量分别达5.29 cm、2.79 m和0.04 m~3,显著高于9501泡桐和二倍体兰考泡桐。四倍体兰考泡桐自然接干率显著高于二倍体兰考泡桐和9501泡桐;丛枝病发生率显著低于9501泡桐和二倍体兰考泡桐。四倍体兰考泡桐在本地区具有生长速度快、材质优良、自然接干能力强、抗丛枝病的优良特性,具有较高的引种优势。

【Abstract】 In this paper, in order to promote sound and sustainable development of Paulownia industry in Heze City, an experimental study was made on the introduction and cultivation of Tetraploid Paulownia in the region. The study showed that in the Yellow River flood alluvial plain, the annual increments of DBH, height and volume of the introduced Tetraploid Paulownia elongata trees reached 5.29 cm, 2.79 m and0.04 m~3 respectively, significantly higher than those of the variety 9501 and diploid Paulownia elongata trees; the naturally regrowing stem rate of Tetraploid P. elongata was significantly higher than that of diploid P. elongata and the variety 9501, while its brooming disease incidence was significantly lower. Tetraploid Paulownia elongata trees have fine features of fast growth, high quality timber, vigorous natural stem regrowth and good resistance against brooming disease, showing great advantages in introduction.
