【摘要】 目的:分析复智健脑胶囊对老年血管性痴呆患者疗效及同型半胱氨酸血清水平的影响。方法:将105例老年血管性痴呆患者掷币法分组,对照组52例予以传统西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用我院自制复智健脑胶囊,比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组MMSE、ADL评分及总有效率高于对照组,Hcy低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复智健脑胶囊治疗血管性痴呆患者效果显著,能有效改善患者认知功能、日常活动能力,利于患者预后,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Fuzhi Jiannao Capsule on the efficacy and serum level of homocysteine in elderly patients with vascular dementia.Methods 105 elderly patients with vascular dementia were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine in 52 cases.The observation group was treated with the self-made Fuzhijiannao capsule on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The MMSE,ADL score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and Hcy was lower than the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzhi Jiannao Capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia.It can effectively improve the cognitive function and daily activities of patients,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.更多还原
