【摘要】 目的:观察益胃活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis)脾虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将70例门诊符合纳入标准的CAG脾虚血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组给予益胃活血汤口服;对照组予胃复春胶囊口服。疗程6个月,观察6个月后患者中医症候积分及病理组织学积分变化。结果:两组内治疗前后中医症候积分、病理组织学积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的中医症候积分、病理组织学积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益胃活血汤治疗CAG脾虚血瘀证安全有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiwei Huoxue decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis (Chronic Atrophic Gastritis).Methods:70 CAG patients with spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 35 cases each.The treatment group was given Yiwei Huoxue decoction orally.The control group was given Weifuchun capsules orally.The course of treatment is 6 months.Observe the changes in TCM symptom scores and histopathological scores after 6 months.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores and histopathological scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05).The TCM symptom score and pathological histology score of the two groups after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Huoxue decoction is safe and effective in treating CAG spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
