【摘要】 目的:观察中药腾疗对儿童GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折术后早期肘关节功能的临床疗效。方法:选择芜湖市中医医院符合标准的采用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗的GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折60例患儿作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组术后给予常规悬吊消肿处理,治疗组给予常规悬吊消肿,术后第2天配合中药腾疗,疗程为4周。观察术后1周、2周、3周的消肿趋势,并以术后4周为观察终点,比较2组患儿早期肘关节功能的差异。结果:随访58例,对照组和治疗组各29例。术后1周、2周、3周,各时间点治疗组肿胀值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后4周肘关节屈伸度丢失值及Flynn肘关节功能评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后早期应用中药腾疗可有效消除肿胀、改善肘关节功能,为临床上消肿、改善关节功能提供了一种新的治疗思路,同时中药腾疗具有操作简单、价格低廉、安全有效、无创等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Teng Therapy on early elbow joint function after Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture of children.Methods:Sixty children with Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fractures treated with closed reduction Kirschner wire internal fixation in Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional suspension and swelling treatment,and the treatment group was given conventional suspension and swelling treatment..Observe the trend of swelling at 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after surgery,and take 4 weeks as the end point of observation to compare the differences in early elbow joint function between the 2 groups.Results:58 cases were followed up,29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the treatment group.At 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after surgery,the swelling value of the treatment group at each time point was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After 4 weeks of operation,the loss of flexion and extension of the elbow joint and the Flynn elbow function score were compared.It is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early application of Chinese herbal medicine Teng therapy in children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus can effectively eliminate swelling and improve elbow joint function,and provide a new treatment idea for clinical swelling and joint function improvement.,Low price,safe and effective,non-invasive,etc.,worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
