【摘要】 肺癌因其发病率、死亡率越来越高,成了目前最常见的危害人们生命健康的严重恶性肿瘤之一。中医药治疗肺癌,尤其晚期肺癌占有重要地位。江苏省名中医奚肇庆教授认为肺癌多虚实夹杂,尤以气阴两虚为多。中药治疗肺癌,采取固本求源,以培土生金法为重要治法,并指出肺气的充盛有赖胸阳的温煦和鼓动,临证重视通阳泄浊。奚教授还结合现代药理研究,辨证辨病相结合,选用具抗肿瘤、提高免疫、改善贫血、升血白细胞等功效之中药,临证善用散结药,喜用虫类药,取得良好疗效。中药治疗肺癌,能改善症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lung cancer has become one of the most common serious malignant tumors that threaten people’s lives and health due to its increasing incidence and mortality.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in treating lung cancer,especially advanced lung cancer.Professor ZHANG Zhaoqing,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Jiangsu Province,believes that lung cancer is more mixed with reality,especially Qi and Yin.Traditional Chinese medicine treats lung cancer by adopting solid roots and seeking roots,and taking the method of cultivating soil and gold as an important treatment method.It is pointed out that the enrichment of lung Qi depends on the warmth and agitation of chest Yang.Professor Qi also combined modern pharmacological research with syndrome differentiation and disease selection,and selected Chinese medicines with anti-tumor,immune enhancement,anemia,and white blood cell effects.He used Sanjie drugs in clinical trials and used insect medicines to achieve good results.Traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer can improve symptoms and improve patients’ quality of life.更多还原
