稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴定及防控技术研究
Identification of Physiological Races and Control Technology on Rice Blast Fungi
【摘要】 本试验利用中国7个鉴别寄主对分离的20个单孢纯培养菌株进行生理小种鉴定,并对稻瘟病的防控技术进行研究。结果表明:引起天津地区稻瘟病的生理小种有ZG1、ZD1、ZC3、ZB17四种; 24个水稻品种中,津垦63、津稻328等6个品种对稻瘟病表现中抗; 250 g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂、25%咪鲜胺水乳剂、430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂、40%稻瘟灵乳油对稻瘟病的防治效果较好。
【Abstract】 In this experiment,we used seven identification hosts in China to identify the physiological races of 20 strains isolated from pure culture of single spore,and studied the prevention and control technology of rice blast. The results showed that the main physiological races causing rice blast in Tianjin area were ZG1,ZD1,ZC3 and ZB17. Among 24 rice varieties,six varieties such as Jinken 63 and Jindao 328 showed moderate resistance to rice blast. 250 g/L azoxystrobin SC,25% prochloraz EC,430 g/L tebuconazole SC and 40% isoprothiolane EC had better control effects on rice blast.
