H9亚型禽流感SPF鸡发病模型的构建

【摘要】 为了构建理想的H9亚型禽流感病毒(AIV) SPF鸡发病模型,对不同日龄SPF鸡、不同感染方法进行了预试验,最后选用SPF青年蛋鸡为试验动物,采用AIV H9N2毒株与大肠杆菌强毒株、IBV M41株各0. 5m L联合滴鼻感染的方法,进行了发病模型构建。结果表明,试验鸡发病症状明显、病变典型,这为进一步完成H9亚型禽流感防治药物的临床疗效评价奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 To construct an ideal H9 subtype avian influenza virus( AIV) incidence model of SPF chicken,the pretest was carried out with different day-old SPF chickens by different infection methods. And then,the young laying SPF hens were selected as experimental animals,and the AIV H9 N2 strains were combined with 0. 5 m L Escherichia coli virulent strain and 0. 5 m L IBV M41 strain for intranasal infection. The results showed that the symptoms of the tested chickens were obvious and the lesions were typical. The construction of this animal model laid the foundation for further evaluation on clinical efficacy of H9 subtype avian influenza prevention and treatment drugs.
