海水灌溉对芹菜生长的影响

【摘要】 为了利用盐渍化土地和海水,对非盐土和盐土条件下海水灌溉胁迫对芹菜生长的影响进行研究。结果表明:采用30‰盐度的海水灌溉,芹菜依然可以生长,但植株矮小,鲜食价值较低;盐土海水灌溉对芹菜生长的影响大于非盐土海水灌溉;两种盐土壤条件下,芹菜株高、根长、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重均随灌溉海水盐度的升高而下降;海水盐度的增加对株高的影响大于根长,对地上部鲜重的影响大于地下部;非盐土条件下采用3‰盐度海水每周灌溉1次,对地上部鲜重影响较小; 3‰盐土采用淡水灌溉,地上部鲜重可以达到非盐土淡水对照的84%,而采用3‰盐度海水灌溉则只有非盐土淡水对照的60%。生产中可以根据需要选择海水灌溉盐度和土壤条件。

【Abstract】 Soil salinization and freshwater shortage are global problems. In order to explore how to utilize salinized land and seawater,the effects of irrigation with different concentrations of seawater on celery growth under saline soil and none-saline soil were studied. The results showed that celery could still grow under30‰ salinity seawater irrigation,but the plants were short and not suitable for fresh-eating. The effect of seawater irrigation on the celery growth was greater under saline soil than non-saline soil. The plant height,root length and fresh weight of shoot and root all decreased with the increase of seawater salinity both in saline soil and none-saline soil. The increase of seawater salinity had greater effect on plant height than root length,and had greater influence to the fresh weight of shoot than root. Under non-saline soil condition,irrigating with 3‰ seawater once a week had small effect on the fresh weight of shoot. Under 3‰ saline soil condition,the fresh weight of shoot irrigated with freshwater and 3‰ seawater could reach 84% and 60% of that under none-saline soil irrigated with freshwater,respectively. In production,we could choose suitable seawater salinity and soil conditions for irrigation.
