市售生猪肉中金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况及耐药性分析

【摘要】 为了解市售生猪肉中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染及耐药性状况,于2019年从济南、寿光、德州、兖州、临沂、济宁6地市采集生猪肉(后腿肉)样品共计300份,对其金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况进行检测分析。结果表明,300份样品中,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为13. 0%(38/300);进一步进行金黄色葡萄球菌对9种抗生素的药敏试验,结果表明,猪肉样品中的金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素、四环素有较高耐药性,且多数为多重耐药菌株。综上,市售猪肉产品中金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况仍比较严重,建议相关部门进一步加强猪肉产品市场监管,采取针对性风险监测预警措施。

【Abstract】 To investigate the contamination situation of Staphylococcus aureus in raw pork sold on the markets and its drug resistance in Shandong Province,300 raw pork samples were collected from Jinan,Shouguang,Dezhou,Yanzhou,Linyi and Jining in 2019. The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was found in 38 samples,which accounting for 13. 0%(38/300). The susceptibility test of the Staphylococcus aureus strains to 9 types of antibiotics was conducted and the results were as follows. The Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from raw pork had higher resistance to erythromycin and tetracycline,and most strains had multidrug resistance. In conclusion,the contamination of Staphylococcus aureus in raw pork sold on the markets in Shandong Province was more serious,so it was recommended that relevant governmental departments and agencies should further strengthen the market supervision and take actions for risk monitoring and early warning.
