柱面状量子导线磁电阻的弱量子干涉修正
Weak quantum interference correction for magnetoresistance of cylindrical conductors
【摘要】 重点研究了柱面状量子导线磁电阻的弱局域化修正。对磁电阻随外磁场变化规律的研究发现,弱局域化量子干涉修正的基本特征是磁电阻随外磁场磁通量周期振荡且振荡周期为磁通量子。通过研究,找到了一种常温下检测柱面状量子导线相干性的实验方法;得出了柱面状量子导线随外磁场磁通量变化会发生周期性导体-绝缘体的相变现象的结论。研究结果验证了有关学者前期发表的碳纳米管中磁电阻量子干涉修正量随外磁场磁通量变化的实验结果。
【Abstract】 The weak quantum interference effect on magnetoresistance of cylindrical conductor is studied in this paper.Through the study of the variation of magnetoresistance with magnetic field flux,it is concluded that the basic feature of weak localization quantum interference correction is that magnetoresistance oscillates periodically with magnetic flux.An experimental method for detecting the coherence of cylindrical quantum wires at normal temperature has been found.It is concluded that periodic conductor-insulator phase transition occurs in cylindrical quantum wires with the flux of external magnetic field.The results validate the experimental results of magnetoresistance quantum interference correction with external magnetic flux in carbon nanotubes published earlier by some scholars.
