【摘要】 总结张鸣鹤老师治疗银屑病关节炎的经验。认为内生郁热、外感风热毒邪深入血分,日久热灼血凝,以致风、热、毒、瘀互结,热毒泛溢肌肤、攻注关节为其主要病因病机。临诊强调祛邪为主、顾护正气,以银屑病的治疗为突破口,根据疾病不同阶段灵活运用清热解毒法、清营凉血法、祛风除湿法、活血化瘀法、温中护胃法随症加减。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized Professor ZHANG Minghe’s experience in treating psoriatic arthritis. It is believed that the main etiology and pathogenesis is internal generation of stagnation heat,exogenous contracted wind heat toxin deepening into the blood level,heat scorching and blood clotting for a long time,resulting in intermingled wind,heat,toxin,phlegm and,heat toxin spilling-over the skin,attacking and filling the joints. The treatment emphasizes eliminating the pathogen and protecting and caring for the vitalal qi. Taking the treatment of psoriasis as a breakthrough,according to the different stages of the disease,clearing heat and detoxification method,clearing the nutrient qi and cooling blood method,eliminating the win and removing the dampness method,activating the blood circulation and resolving the blood stasis method,warming the middle and protecting the stomach method and their modifications with syndromes are in flexible use.更多还原
