【摘要】 通过组织全国部分高等中医药院校、中医血液病重点学科与重点专科建设单位部分专家讨论,就临床常见血液病分类与中医命名形成一致意见。依照继承、创新、类聚三原则,针对古代用多种病证名涵盖一类疾病的情况,从中找出符合现代血液病特征的病证名予以继承;古代病名结合现代血液病特点赋予具有创新性的名称;多种血液疾病有不同的中医病证名,按照类聚原则,统一在疾病名称前加定语以示区别。具体命名方法包括:对古代文献中明确、实用,或有国家标准、行业标准与专家共识的常见血液病中医病名沿用保留;对没有明确中医病名的常见血液病及新拓展的血液疾病,经专家讨论予以新的病证名;属现代医学独立的血液疾病,确定为中医病名,由于血液学变化过程中形成的疾病,则确定为中医"证"名。最终列出6个系统23个病种及其亚病种的中西医病名对照,并进行说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 By organizing some traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) colleges and universities as well as TCM hematology key disciplines and key specialist construction units,the experts discussed and formed consensus on common clinical blood disease classification and naming in TCM. In accordance with the principles of inheritance,innovation,and polyglycans,for the case of covering a class of diseases with a variety of disease names in ancient times,the names of the disease syndromes that conform to the characteristics of modern blood diseases should be found out to inherit them; the ancient disease names should give innovative names combined with the characteristics of modern blood diseases; A variety of blood diseases have different names of TCM syndromes. According to the principle of aggregation,the words are added before the name of the disease as attribute to show the difference. The specific naming methods include: for the TCM disease names of common blood diseases in the ancient literature,which are clear and practical,or have national standards,industry standards and expert consensus,they should be preserved and followed to use; For common blood diseases and newly developed blood diseases without clear TCM names,experts should discuss and give new disease names and syndrome names; The blood disease that is independent of modern medicine is determined to be the TCM name. The diseases formed during the course of hematological changes are set as the TCM syndrome names. Finally,a list of TCM and western medicine disease names of 23 disease types and sub-diseases in6 systems are listed and explained.更多还原
