【摘要】 熊继柏教授强调"抓主症"是治疗症状繁杂、多重病机恶性肿瘤的重要思路。只有抓准主症才能探寻主要病机,辨明病机才能随机施治。其难点在于在复杂疾病中抓准主症、在疾病运动变化中抓准主症。在病机上重视热毒内蕴、痰瘀互结、正邪消长在恶性肿瘤发生、发展、复发、转移中的关键作用。治疗上主张清热解毒贯穿始终、化痰散瘀以消癌肿、驱邪扶正不应偏颇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor XIONG Jibai emphasized that "focusing on the primary syndrome"is an important idea for the treatment of malignant tumors with complicated symptoms and multiple pathogenesis. Only by grasping the primary syndrome can we explore the main pathogenesis and identify the pathogenesis to be treated accordingly. The difficulty lies in focusing on the primary syndrome in the face of complex diseases and focusing on the primary syndrome in the changes of disease movement. In the pathogenesis,the key phenomena of internal accumulation of heat-toxin,intermin-gled of phlegm and blood stasis,and the growth and decline of the health qi and the pathogenic factors in the occurrence,development,recurrence,and metastasis of malignant tumors are emphasized. Treatment should follow the principle of clearing heat and removing toxicity,resolving phlegm and dissipating blood stasis to eliminate tumor,and the strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic factors should be balanced.更多还原
